Refund Policy

We do our best to ensure that only the highest-quality books reach your doorstep. As books fall under non-returnable goods, they cannot be returned once purchased. Refunds are applicable only if the books delivered are damaged, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong order.
In case of such an incident, please reach us at hello@emurti.com within 1 day of delivery.


Please note:

You may be asked to return certain items in case of refunds. While reaching out to us at hello@emurti.com, please make sure to include:

  • Your name & date of purchase

  • Screenshot of the order invoice

  • The items you would like refunded

  • The reason for the return (this helps us improve our service)


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 1 day with relevant pictures/videos if the book is torn, damaged, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item. This helps us evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on books unless you received a damaged or incorrect copy.

Cancellations

Cancellations will be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order has been dispatched, whichever comes first.

Refunds

We will notify you once your refund request has been reviewed and approved. If approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the credit.
